Colección en dos DVDs de videos en vivo de Queen grabados en 8mm. La verdad es que la calidad de imagen puede llegar a ser lamentable en algunos videos, y curiosamente buena en otros. Hablamos de una época en que pocos accedían a ese tipo de tecnología, y menos aún los que iban a un concierto de Queen. Lo cierto es que varios de esos registros sobrevivieron al paso de los años, y los recopilaron en este set de DVDs.

Queen - Greatest Video Hits 3 (2xDVD5)

Corría el año 2010, y era claro ya que Queen no seguiría con The DVD Collection, que alcanzó a tener 4 lanzamientos. Con ese panorama, sumado al trato entre Eagle y Queen para lanzar sus futuros DVDs a partir de Rock Montreal desde el 2007, las esperanzas de un tercer Greatest Video Hits que cubriera los videos desde Innuendo en adelante, se fueron al carajo.

Fue entonces que me propuse hacer mi propio DVD, doble, con los videos que en ese entonces estimaba como necesarios en una reocpilación, siguiendo los parámetros de los anteriores Greatest Video Hits, incluso con extras subtitulados. La primera versión de 2010 tuvo una calidad irregular, debido a las fuentes de los videos, que no fueron las mejores, pero eran las disponibles en su tiempo.

5 años después teniendo mejores fuentes, decidí rehacer el DVD, haciendo algunos cambios, pero manteniendo la idea original, y eso es lo que ven aquí. Ya había subido antes tanto la versión de 2010 como la de 2015, y parece que tuvieron llegada, tanto así que aparecieron para descargar en varios lugares, e incluso algunos los vendían por Mercado Libre.

Aquí los tienen, una vez más, de la mano de quien los hizo.
